Terms of Use

Project status. Uni-Queue is a capstone project for BSU ARASOF Nasugbu Campus and is not yet an officially adopted university system. It is provided on a pilot/best-effort basis, with no guaranteed uptime or support.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

By using Uni-Queue, you agree not to:

Claim priority-lane status (e.g. PWD, pregnancy) you're not entitled to;
Join a queue you do not intend to attend, or repeatedly no-show to reserved slots;
Attempt to access another user's account or another office's data;
Scrape, automate, or send excessive requests to the site's pages or API endpoints;
Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with the system's security or authentication.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. No guarantee of service

As a student project, Uni-Queue is offered "as is," without warranty of uptime, accuracy of wait-time estimates, or fitness for any particular purpose. It does not replace your office's official processes — always follow your office's actual instructions if the system is unavailable or a discrepancy arises.

4. Data & privacy

Our handling of your personal data is described in the Privacy Notice, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms as the project develops, especially if the university formally adopts the system. We'll post the updated date above when that happens.
